A warm, collaborative space for individual, child and adolescent counselling to help you move through difficulty with care, clarity and confidence.

I am a registered counselling psychologist practising in Johannesburg. I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing on clients’ own resources while offering practical, evidence-informed strategies for everyday life. I work with adults, children as well as adolescents and I value the role of parents, caregivers and schools in a young person's wellbeing.
Sessions are offered in a private, professional setting and are guided by the ethical standards of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
